I've been a Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years. I've handled different accounts, such as, banking, retail and telecommunications. I've completed a General Virtual Assistant Course which helped me to become equipped and gain more knowledge for my new endeavor. I've learned different tasks of a Virtual Assistant such as, social media management, email management, basic graphic design using Canva.
