As a Property Management Virtual Assistant with experience supporting both Short-Term Rental (STR) and Long-Term Rental (LTR) operations, I have successfully managed day-to-day property management tasks that help owners save time, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional guest and tenant experiences.
My experience includes managing end-to-end guest and tenant communications, handling Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking inquiries, coordinating reservations, creating and managing lease agreements, overseeing rent collection and payment tracking, and assisting with tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs. I have also coordinated maintenance requests, scheduled vendors and cleaners, processed invoices, maintained financial records, and ensured properties remain guest-ready and well-maintained.
