Regarding my experiences, I was once a Marketing and Customer Support Assistant working in a Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation for about 4 years and 6 months. I used to cater member and employer
registration, assist payments, and all marketing and other work-related
concerns and services like enforcing employers who did not comply in implementing the rules and regulations of RA 9679, organize employers forum and making reports related to marketing matters. I also used to become and HR Generalist in a private company which is owned by a Dutch national residing in our country, Philippines. I used to manage employees from hiring to
firing, timekeeping, preparing and handling training courses, records
management, grievance officer and assisting compensation and benefits.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on a Government and Private company, each with unique challenges and experiences in relation to business and corporate jobs and tasks. My skills showcases leadership, teamwork, communication, time management, attention to detail, customer service, creative, reliability and initiative.
