For the past years I've been working as a freelancer. Doing home based jobs such as Virtual Assistant for Real Estate companies, Data Entry, Lead Generation and Survey Account and doing General Admin Tasks. I also enrolled in a Social Media Management Course to further enhance my skills. Working home based provides me the freedom of working on my free time. I learned how to work with less supervision.
Prior to being a freelancer, I worked with some Call Center Companies. As a Customer Service Rep, I was able to handle and address customer concerns from simple inquiries to complaints. And being a Collection Agent, I learned how to balance my companies concern as well as our customer satisfaction. I handled sales account as well and that experience taught me how to become positive with every rejection and to be more persistent in a good way.
I understand that most businesses or companies are looking for years of experience on certain fields, and I may have that but I am still willing to learn and be trained on new things and new skills because I believe it will not only help me grow but I will be able to help the company grow even more.
