The highlight of my work experience is with TaskUs for the Shopify campaign. I started with them as a regular frontline tea-----------mber handling phone calls, chats, and emails using Zendesk. I made my way up to be part of their Tier 2 or Technical Merchant Support group. Part of my role as a Tier 2 was to handle escalated tickets and answer real-time technical inquiries from frontline tea-----------mbers through Slack. We also communicate with Shopify developers if we notice ongoing issues as we monitor the overall health of the platform.
