I have worked in various industries, starting with technical and chat support at Qualfon from 2019 to 2021. I then transitioned to inside sales, where I was initially an associate for 11 months and promoted as a trainer after 3 months of working with Zabella Insurance Agency. I also worked part-time with FifthVenture as an appointment setter for their MCA account for 4 months.
In 2022, I became an acquisitions specialist and was subsequently promoted to trainer the following months. Through my years of experience, I have developed skills in customer service, sales, team m-----------gement, coordination, collaboration, and communication.
