Hi! I'm currently working as a Technical Support Representative at a BPO Company here in the Philippines for 4 years now. I am quite good at troubleshooting technical problems with electronic equipment and services (i.e, TV, internet, mobile phones, smart watches, home phone) as long as I have knowledge with it that I may have acquired through experience or training. Part of my job as a TSR is to schedule appointments based on the customer's availability if the issue needs a technician visit or for service installations. I also provide email and chat support in some cases where the situation demands it.
