I'm an HR generalist/Team lead with experience in training, and executive assistance for stakeholder needs and client management. I’m a Secondary Education- English graduate, and I’ve worked in the Outsourcing and Freelancing industry for nearly 13 years- half of which I’ve spent in middle management positions either coaching, driving performance, or facilitating end-to-end training and project management as a trainer.
During my time in training spanning half a decade, my specialty was end-to-end project management of start-ups or launches, wherein I'm regularly in communication with the client anticipating their needs for staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
