I am a Scrum Master with years of experience facilitating product development, a Project Manager for managing IT projects, as well as 5 years as a programmer analyst. I started working in American Express in 2008 as a Programmer Analyst in Triumph (AR Team), transferred to US Membership Rewards Team as a Developer, Designer, Project Manager and Scrum Master. Over the years I worked with American Express, Yondu and Metrobank, I have used my expertise with Agile methodologies and project management to ensure the efficient and cost-effective completion of over 20 ----------- addition, my intimate familiarity with software development enables me to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of developers.
