I have half a decade of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, handling end to end hiring for both IT and non-IT roles in the US and the Philippines, from entry level positions up to C suite executives. I manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding, while building strong candidate pipelines and working closely with hiring managers to ensure the right fit every time.
