I’m a dedicated professional with over 7 years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, sales, and education. My journey spans across the BPO industry, e-commerce (Amazon VA), market research, ESL teaching, and business development—giving me a well-rounded skill set and a strong foundation in communication, adaptability, and organization.
I started my career in the BPO sector, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Amazon Retail at Qualfon, handling inbound concerns and providing support for both Amazon and third-party sellers. I also worked as a Market Research Interviewer at Dynata SSi, conducting outbound surveys on topics like politics and consumer behavior.
From there, I expanded my skills in the food tech industry as an English Customer Service Rep at Wonders Corporation, where I assisted customers with food orders in a fast-paced environment.
My passion for teaching led me to work as an ESL tutor for 4 years, helping both kids and adult learners (mostly from China and the Middle East) improve their English language skills through engaging and personalized lessons.
Later, I transitioned into the renewable energy sector as a Business Development Representative at Green Home Make Over, where I handled cold calling, appointment setting, and CRM data entry for solar consultations.
Most recently, I’ve been working as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, supporting sellers with tasks like returns, refunds, replacements, product listings, customer service, and FBA case filing.
