I have been an employee of an exporting company of fresh fruits products here in Davao City for (3) three
years.My day to day activity starts with encoding (in excel format) and analyzing fuel consumption of generator sets that supplies electricity to refrigerated van loaded with fresh fruits. For eight regular working hours i may able to encode and analyze fifty to seventy trips. I also take calls from different packing plants monitoring their generator sets utilization. Computing,encoding and monitoring fuel consumption of prime movers utilized in hustling refrigerated van loaded with fresh fruits from loading areas or packing plants to going to unloading ports is also part of my job.
I also worked as a secretary in an exporting company of scrap metals. I take calls at the same time list the scrap metals delivered by walk in and regular customers, whether in retail or bulk deliveries. I am also in-charge in preparing and keeping track of our monthly expenses like payments for taxes, health insurances of employees and other government mandatory benefits for employed sector. I make sure that company books are updated. more often i am asked by my employer to withdraw a huge amount for our daily cash disbursement. Go to banks and make deposit for payment to scrap delivered by customers who were from far provinces.
