I was once a bookkeeper in a motorcycle dealer in our city, handling two branches of the company for more than 7 years.
I also work as a payroll master for almost 4 years, computing the salaries and wages and even back pays of the employees and resigned employees. I know how to do bank reconciliations and inventories since it was part of my job as a bookkeeper then.
Last January 2016, I got my first online job as a VA-Bookkeeper of an E-commerce shop based in California. I've done bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks online, paid employee's salaries. Other details of my job description that develop my working skills are the following:
* Email handling - sending out emails announcing new products; promo/discount announcement to existing and prospect buyers
* Ads Tracking - daily monitoring of bids and budget for our FB ad post
* Processed of filing and payment of quarterly/yearly Sales Tax (California Based)
* MS Office related tasks like monitoring of Daily sales Report, Categorizing of daily expenses as well as Forecast/Budget reports
* Product Listing (Shopify)
* Facebook Posting
* Data Entry
* Tracking of customer's status of order
* Social Media Support
* Accounts Support
I am a hard working person and I am always open to new learning cause I am not restricting myself as well as my capabilities to new ideas and and I am very much dedicated with my work and I always seek advice from my mentors/supervisor whenever I have doubts with my work but it doesn't mean that I am dependent to my mentors. I just want to make sure that my work is on a right track and it has the approval of my mentor/supervisor. I'm looking for a long-term job where I can render my service and help my future clients with their business.
