I see myself as a results-driven professional with over 9+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistant duties and responsibilities, having worked with multiple clients from the US to support their business and a handful of personal goals.
My first EA position was working closely with a realtor who ran his own group in Seattle, WA. I picked up skills needed for transaction coordination, tracking important contract dates, communicating with home buyers and home owners, understanding state laws for home ownerships and purchasing, browsing through contracts, organizing files, filing in invoices -- as well as some personal tasks for my client. After a couple of years, he d----------- to branch off into offering transaction coordination services to other real estate agents in the same state, with me leading the side business and being the main point of contact. And prior to transitioning into my role now, I made sure to train my replacement to make sure that I didn't leave with any loose threads.
My current EA position is for the healthcare industry (specifically mental health). I offer administrative assistance to the clinical director and co-founder of her own company. Much of my tasks do involve scheduling, billing, emails and communication -- but also more specific tasks like license credentialing, reaching out to insurances or payers, screening applications for behaviour technicians, managing our CRM which contains employee and client information, among other related tasks.
I pride myself in my commitment to always thinking long-term with my clients, adapting to their industry needs, and trying to help them operate at their best.
