I handle 70+ daily patient interactions using Brightree Connect, Google Workspace, MS Teams, and 3CX, including verifying insurance eligibility with 95–100% accuracy, coordinating oxygen refills, and scheduling RT visits while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. I focus on reducing delays, improving turnaround time, and ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
I also bring strong customer support experience across phone, email, chat, and social media using Zendesk and Magento. I have working knowledge of appointment scheduling using Calendly, including managing availability and bookings as part of patient support workflows.
I am available for full-time work (8 hours daily) and can work US, UK, or AU business hours. I am committed to long-term roles and consistent performance.
