- Clearly explain project scopes and dispatch assignments.
- Coordinate field technicians based on customer requests, budgets, and schedules.
- Work with the Project Manager and other PCs to plan projects, assess risks, and create scopes of work.
- Create work orders, negotiate rates, and dispatch technicians, adjusting trips as necessary.
- Confirm appointments with customers and vendors.
- Order lifts from suppliers for on-site tasks.
- Ensure all required equipment is on-site for technicians.
- Communicate real-time updates and issues to customers.
- Address customer alerts and serve as the first point of contact for escalations, resolving disputes promptly.
- Communicate with internal and external parties, responding to emails within 30 minutes.
- Collaborate with the team to manage and resolve daily department tickets.
- Handle calls from field technicians for technical support and ticket management.
- Log technician calls, explain project scopes, and provide support.
