Five years in. I know how POD operations work, not from reading
about it but from actually doing it.
I owned the entire order pipeline at my last client. 50 to 100
custo-----------rchandise orders a month, 99% accuracy, three years
straight. Mockup reviews, vendor coordination, purchase orders,
merch store management. I handled all of it without someone
checking over my shoulder.
Before that I ran client support for a marketing agency. 40 to
60 tickets a day, keeping response times tight and clients happy.
I have also built content pipelines, scheduled campaigns, created
landing pages, and kept entire teams organized.
I work independently, communicate clearly, and I do not miss
deadlines.
