I'm an eCommerce Bookkeeper with hands-on experience managing the books of multiple U.S.-based online businesses across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and other sales channels.
In my current role, I manage high-volume bookkeeping work, recording and categorizing thousands of transactions, reconciling 50+ financial accounts, tracking inventory and COGS, and preparing monthly financial reports for multiple clients with different eCommerce business models.
My experience goes beyond simply categorizing transactions. I work through discrepancies, reconcile complex payouts, account for sales, fees, refunds, and expenses, and make sure the books are accurate and ready for month-end and year-end close.
I work primarily with QuickBooks Online and also have experience with Xero, Link My Books, A2X, InventoryLab, Sellerboard, Profit Cyclops, Stripe, PayPal, and other accounting and eCommerce tools.
I also have a background in external auditing, which has given me a strong foundation in financial accuracy, compliance, reviewing discrepancies, and understanding how financial records should tie together.
