I am a Civil Engineer with over 18 years of experience in construction & project management. Currently, I am working in an established Consulting Company in Qatar as a Sr. Quantity Surveyor.
I have diverse experience in Quantity Surveying works which includes review of Contractor’s payment applications and cost proposals for recommendation to the Client, preparation of commercial reports, quantity take-off & estimates, preparation of cost proposals, contracts administration, quantity monitoring and preparation of progress billings among others.
I have worked in various projects in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and in the Philippines. These include, among others, the Design & Build Contract for FIFA Readiness Project 4 (FRP4) for PWA in Qatar, the PS15 Foul Sewer Network Rehabilitation Phase 1 for PWA in Qatar, the Salwa Resort Hotel Project – Package 1 for PEO, Qatar; the Construction of 3 New Schools – Package 6, Stage 9 for PWA, Qatar; EPIC Project for Qatar Petroleum in Ras Laffan, Qatar; the Construction of Buildings and Sports Facilities in Dammam University in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; Irrigation, Landscaping and Road Works in various Municipalities in Qatar; and the construction of the Bacolod-Silay Airport and Valuations/Appraisals of Various Residential Projects and Properties in the Province of Negros O----------- in the Philippines.
