I've been a working student before in customer service representative for over 1 year its US based client, and as an admin support, and after I graduate more than a year as a passenger service agent at the airport which is also part of customer service as it involve interacting with customer. after a year of working, I was promoted to Lead Agent.
I'm very enthusiastic, and I have great communication skills. I love assisting clients, its just makes me happy knowing that I was able to fulfill my duties. Aside from that, I am confident in using Microsoft applications. Something you won't see on my resume is that I've love doing a volunteer works, which helped me gain real-life experience working with different types of people which are very important especially in a remote work it helps me know how to talk to different types of people and make them feel comfortable.
