• Two years experience as Senior Process Specialist at Credit & Risk Department
• Evaluating, processing, and approving credit applications
• Conducting credit check and worthiness thru Creditor's Watch
• Completing data entry and maintaining CRM within Salesforce and updating customer notes and opportunities
• Contacting clients via email and ensuring all requirements and documents are complete for their applications
• Handling accounts that have gone into Administration, has Payment Defaults, and making final demand letter for unpaid accounts and referring them to third party collectors if needed
• Professional and pleasant spoken and written skills

• Highly skilled in collecting past due accounts, including resolution for discrepancy, barring and unbarring,
basic trouble shooting and administration tasks (i.e., emails – inquiry and invoice requests; end of day and month-end
report)
• In-depth knowledge of handling payment arrangements for customers, billing, and refunds
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
• Knowledge in handling fraud transactions
• Experience in E-commerce as Retention and Customer Service Specialist
