I gained the skill of being tech savvy, receive Tier 3 escalation calls and selling our subscriptions and services. The second was with Banking/Finance. I gained the skills of accounting, how banks work, and helped customers with their daily banking needs. The third one is Ecommerce (Amazon). As a Resolution Specialist (Lead) in Amazon, I acquired the knowledge on how the industry works and in my 5 year tenure in this company, I gained the wisdom of their 14 Leadership Principles. I handled teams as acting manager, took escalation calls, and discover process defects and ultimately fix them.
I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a rental property management company, based in Detroit, Michigan for 3 years. I gained the skills of providing quality results with minimal supervision, and learned the ins and outs of sales and real estate processes, primarily using Buildium.
