- Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President primarily and provide additional support to other executive tea-----------mbers, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished.- Communication: Manage emails, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a liaison between department heads, tea-----------mbers, and clients.- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule appointments, agendas, schedule and organize meetings, and conference calls. Ensure all parties are informed and prepared for engagements. Virtual Meetings: Coordinate virtual meetings, set up video conferencing platforms, and manage attendance.- Research: Provide extensive research and give comparison of the things that the business need.- Task Management: Assist in task prioritization and follow-up, ensuring that projects and assignments are completed within designated deadlines.- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for Compliance Officer, Marketing Team, Product Development Team, Accounting Team, Production Team, IT Team, and Human Resources Team.- Proficient in using various office software, including SugarCRM, Salesforce, LookerStudio, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.- Reporting: Provide weekly reports to clients and when needed by the business.- Tradeshows: Create a conference planner, ensure that all deadlines are met, create a list of attendees, and prioritize the needs of the executive team and UI/UX designer by providing administrative support. - Exercise professionalism and strict confidentiality.
