I worked as a virtual assistant for 6 years in US based company where I handled Customer Service Support , and general Virtual Assistant task for their real estate business as well. Before that, I also worked locally here as a call center agent /customer service representative handled Microsoft accounts and billing, collections . Also handled financial account ( mortgage account ) under PHH one of the biggest mortgage company in the USA. I multi task between handling phone calls inbound, outbound, chat and email support.
In addition, I have some knowledge in editing photos and videos via canva and capcut which I learned as a I am also a small content creator and affiliate before . Thus I also have knowledge with sales and marketing online.
