I’m a Shopify Support Specialist with 9+ years of customer service experience, including 3+ years focused on eCommerce and Shopify support. I help store owners manage customer inquiries, order issues, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining a smooth and professional customer experience.
Beyond handling support, I also focus on improving workflows and reducing repetitive tasks. I’ve worked with both branded and dropshipping stores, giving me a strong understanding of fulfillment, tracking issues, supplier coordination, and customer expectations.
I’m experienced with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Loop Returns, ShipHero, 17Track, and Google Sheets for both support and backend operations.
I can also assist with product listings and basic Shopify customization when needed.
