*Clinical Support Specialist*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage Clinical Inbox, Lab/Imaging, and unknown documents to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Update demographics, prepare exams, and referrals with accuracy and efficiency
- Proactively schedule and reschedule patient appointments through outbound calls
- Coordinate with clinics to schedule procedures and appointments
- Prepare and print appointment confirmations
- Conduct reminder calls to patients for scheduled appointments
- Obtain insurance prior authorizations using Arcadia tools
*Tools and Systems:*
- Gmail for communication
- AthenaOne for clinical management
- Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Weave for patient communication
- Arcadia website for insurance prior authorizations
*Skills:*
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
