I am also a Top 6 Certified Bookkeeper by the National Certified Bookkeepers Institute, Inc. (NCBI). I have undergone rigorous training in bookkeeping, gaining a deep understanding of financial statements, ledger management, and accounting principles. Currently, I am a Procurement Administrator, where I oversee order processing, supplier coordination, and inventory management. My responsibilities include processing purchase orders, verifying supplier terms, tracking deliveries, and maintaining procurement records to ensure smooth and cost-effective purchasing operations.
My past experiences include 2 years and 6 months as a Customer Service Representative at Accenture, where I worked in a night shift work-from-home setup. My responsibilities involved tracking applicants' application statuses, responding to customer complaints, updating records using Excel, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Calendly, and managing a high volume of emails from Monday to Friday.
Additionally, I have over a year of experience as a Social Media Manager, where I managed business social media accounts, created and posted content using Canva and other tools, including product videos, engaged with customers, used Excel for inventory management, and analyzed social media performance metrics.
I also worked as a Virtual Assistant (Sales) at Reverb for a year, assisting in managing sales inquiries, responding to customer emails, scheduling sales appointments, generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and conducting market research to identify potential customers.
Furthermore, I gained experience as an intern New Accounts Clerk at Luzon Development Bank, where I assisted in opening new customer accounts, verifying and processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks.
