I have an excellent English communication skill set. I have worked as a Customer Service Advocate and Medical Offshore Support for several US Insurance Companies (e.g. Empire BCBS) I'm good with Excel. I've also thought an ESL/EFL, both online and face to face setting. I'm currently working as an Outbound Analyst with a US Insurance Company.
