I'm an application support specialist in my current work, where I provide support on my project for a procurement software company. I've performed several change request configuration, service request, release management and other request. I also provide monitoring reports for master data, transactional data, and middleware data (interface transactions).
I also conduct unit testing and regression testing prior to deployment of new change request and new release system. I'm persistent in providing a long term solutions for issues raised. I can work with minimal supervision and can manage to work on my own based on following the general process. I want to work in a globally competitive environment on challenging assignments that can enhance the utilization of my technical knowledge and provide opportunity for growth and career advancement.
For my previous work, I also have an experience on malware analysis. I can provide a report of the malware analysis, which include the technical details and manual cleanup solution.
