Hi, I’m Nikki, a Virtual Assistant with experience in Amazon, Dropshipping, and Freight Dispatch support.

I help business owners manage daily operations like product sourcing, supplier communication, shipment tracking, and FBA shipment creation. I also handle product listing, SEO optimization, pricing, and customer support for dropshipping stores.

I am trained in freight dispatching, where I learned how to coordinate loads, assign shipments, plan routes, and track deliveries.

I am organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. I can work independently and follow instructions. I am always willing to learn and improve!
