recruitment, HR adjustment for expatriates, compensation & benefits and
employee relations & communications. Apart from that, I've been a
Contractor - Virtual Assistant/Team Leader for more than 5 years under Upwork
working directly with Director of Sales and Lead the Philippines team for
Virtual Assistants. I do well when it comes to HR functions especially in documentations. I take pride in making different guidelines and policy for the company.
