I have worked as a virtual assistant and social media manager for 8 years, initially as a part-time employee during my college years before transitioning into a role as a Software QA Analyst. Additionally, I have experience in writing articles and transcribing videos for documentation purposes over the past years.
As for my Software QA Analyst experience, I have a solid 9-year foundation in Software QA. I obtained my ISTQB CTFL certification last year, and my main focus is on Manual and Accessibility Testing in Mobile App/Web App, with some experience in API Testing/Postman and Design Audit.
