Since 2022, I’ve gained experience in customer service, virtual assistance, administrative support, and operations management through different part-time and full-time roles.
I started as an ESL Teacher and Call Center Agent, where I improved my communication skills and learned how to work with different types of people. From 2024 to 2026, I worked as a Virtual/ExecutiveAssistant, Operation Associate, and Administrative Assistant, handling tasks like managing emails and calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, organizing files, following up with clients, HR related task, Lead finding, and supporting daily operations. I also used tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Asana, Monday, Zoom, Loom, Teams, Outlook, GoHighLevel, Indeed, Videoask, Pandadoc, Dealmachine, Vicidial, and ClickUp.
