I am a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry. I began my career as a Customer Service Associate and worked my way up to Assistant Operations Manager for a telecommunications account, where I handled a team of more than 200 employees. This progression allowed me to develop strong leadership, customer service, and administrative skills. I am highly experienced in handling various types of calls, managing administrative tasks, analyzing performance data, and creating SMART action plans to improve team and business performance.
In 2013, I relocated from Manila to Subic Bay and transitioned to working remotely. I started as a Recruiter for a virtual assistant outsourcing company, where I helped hire virtual assistants for US real estate agents. I also worked as an online Business English and ESL instructor with 51Talk. Later, I returned to the real estate industry as a Client Coordinator and Marketing Assistant for a US-based real estate company. My responsibilities included lead management, call handling, appointment scheduling, listing preparation, and coordination with building managers for property listings.
Additionally, I worked in Property Management for a California-based broker, where I managed rental listings from posting available units online to screening tenants, coordinating move-ins, and handling tenant concerns throughout their stay until move-out. In these roles, I handled most administrative and coordination tasks while the field team focused on onsite work.
Working remotely has allowed me to maintain a strong work-life balance. I enjoy traveling both locally and internationally, which has helped me develop cultural awareness, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. I am also knowledgeable in using various online tools and platforms for travel planning and reservations, which can be useful for administrative support and business travel coordination.
With my extensive background in customer service, operations management, recruitment, real estate, property management, and administrative support, I am confident that I can be a valuable asset to any team. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and always willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
