I do not just manage projects I build the operating system that makes them bigger. As an Integrator and Systems Architect I am good at taking a founders idea and turning it into a plan that really works. If your work feels like a mess right now I am the one who can make it better by creating workflows, standard ways of doing things and making sure people are accountable for what they do.
I really like the EOS framework. I use it to make sure important tasks get done and that we have a regular weekly schedule so nothing gets forgotten. I am very comfortable with intelligence and I use tools, like n8n and customer relationship management integrations to make things easier and save the founders time. I do not just do tasks I make sure the whole project turns out well. I am here to own the outcome of the operating system that I build for projects.
