I've been with the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) since 2010. I've handled Australian, Canadian and Kiwi accounts.
As a customer service representative, I didn't work only on phones but also dealt with customers through email. I strictly follow professionalism at work, so I make sure that I keep my promises - Integrity. I go the extra mile. But if I can't make it I would say so. No sugar coating.
Accepting the technical support job was one of the difficult decisions I made for my career. I was not a technical person. I didn't even own a computer or an android phone. But what made me accept the offer was the feeling of being mentally challenged. I have this attitude - I want to learn more. The training was enough to boost my confidence to take calls about slow internet, internet disconnections, email client issues or even Mac devices. No pain, no glory it is.
My most recent job experience was as a customer and fulfillment service representative. I answer emails, chat, social media inquiries/comments and process the order and make sure it is shipped to the customers. I am knowledgeable in Shopify, Oberlo, Ali Express, Dropified, Google Sheet, Docs, Mass Fulfill, and Loox.
