I have almost seven (7) years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing. I have worked locally in the Philippines for five (5) years and have worked as a freelance for international clients for the past two years. I do face to face interviews and phone interviews on a daily basis. I have worked with a UK client and an Australian client the past two years focusing on sourcing out candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other job sites. I screen candidates by giving them a call and checking if they have the qualifications needed for the job. I created job ads as per request by the client using Canva and posted this in their LinkedIn account. I also helped out in admin tasks such as updating the applicant database, updating trackers, checking compliance and help out in doing payroll and timesheets.
