I graduated from college with a degree in Commerce Major in Management. I have an experience with the 2 largest Bank in our country for 18years in total, my job focuses on helping bank clients choose the right bank products depending on their needs, we cater client from class A, B and C. As a marketing officer, it is my responsibility to work alongside with the branch manager in achieving our yearly quotas and making sure we provide the best banking service, I am also a supervisor to all the marketing assistants in our branch and we are using Outlook email, CRM and Dynamics 365.
I took a short course about Bookkeeping and Accounting last October 2022 with certificate and Xero certificate. I also finished my short course for General Virtual Assistant in preparation for my chosen new career.
