I honed the skills of a Customer Service Representative during my time with Business Process Outsourcing Companies / Call Centers providing great customer experience to different clients handled by each Call Center that I worked with previous companies like People Support now Teleperformance, Sutherland, Concentrix previously Convergys.&-----------; These abilities like to work around websites, multitasking, identifying customers' needs along with the use of system tools, and being very attentive to details, data entry, research, and email management. documentation with phone interaction, Liaising, Excel, and CRM.
I switched to being an Independent contractor as a Virtual Assistant or Remote worker doing the same role and tasks.
I have experience working in eCommerce with the role of Arbitrage using AutoDs
