With my 10 years worth of working experience, my mantra is to ensure that my clients will feel valued with every interaction they'll have with me. I was a Customer Service Professional for 8 years and I see my every day as a new challenge. I make sure that I won't be using one technique because I believe in not using the one size fits all strategy. As a trainer specializing in sales for almost two years now, I still apply the above technique. My job does not just revolve in delivering materials to enhance our officers' skills, I am also tasked to ensure that they are well equipped in applying it. I may not be dealing with our customers directly as I am no longer a front liner, however, I still use the above technique since I treat the officers I am training as my customers. This is so they can see me do what I am asking them to do. I am very passionate in teaching. I also have several years of experience in Teaching English as the Second Language to people with different nationalities. Helping professionals pass their IELTS exam is also something I have done for almost 2 years as a part time IELTS Review Instructor. It may seem like I have tried working in different fields or industry but it just goes to show that I am willing to learn new things that will help me advance my professional career.
