I worked with Convergys, Phil. for 2 years and a half as a Senior Customer Service Associate under Microsoft Account supporting Windows OS from XP to Windows 10, MS Office 2007 to 2016 (365), Outlook web and App, Onedrive web and App, MS Account recovery, and any computer related issues. I was also awarded as a top seller Agent, which means obtaining best practices in building customers' trust and getting the best support they need. My background as an IT Instructor and as an IT Officer made this possible. Gaining these experiences plus my exposure to Online ESL teaching for about three years will surely aid me to be effective and efficient in any related jobs.
