deliver secure and scalable remote desktop access to end-users. I have
successfully deployed, configured, and maintained VDI infrastructure using
Azure services, FSLogix, and Windows Virtual Desktop host pools, ensuring high
availability and optimal performance of virtual desktops. My skill set extends
to include Terraform, a tool I leverage to craft and manage Azure resources
efficiently. I also have some experience with Kubernetes, exploring its
potential to orchestrate and manage containerized applications.I have over six years of experience as an IT support
professional, working in the BPO and financial service industry. I have
acquired multiple certifications from AWS and Microsoft, demonstrating my
skills and knowledge in cloud computing, security, compliance, and identity
fundamentals. I also have a bachelor's degree in information technology,
specializing in web and mobile application development. I am passionate about
