Loan submission, broker notes and client proposals
Settlement coordination and bookings
I'm confident working in Broker Engine, Flex, AOL, Simpology, Loan App, Quickli and CoreLogic RP Data, and I pick up new loan/CRM platforms quickly.
I hold the Advanced Australian Mortgage Process certification (Digital Nomad Academy), covering complex scenarios and self-employed income assessment.
I work independently, communicate clearly and proactively with brokers and lenders, and I'm used to fast-paced files where accuracy and turnaround time both matter. Available for full-time, long-term roles and comfortable working AU business hours.
