I’m a customer service and customer experience professional with over eight years of experience in quality assurance, quality analysis, project management, and team leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working closely with teams to improve processes, deliver great customer experiences, and support business goals.

Outside of work, I’m a big food enthusiast and enjoy exploring different cuisines, especially Filipino, Indian, Japanese, and Korean dishes. More recently, I’ve developed a passion for cooking and have been enjoying the challenge of recreating some of my favorite meals at home.
