I’ve spent the last several years building my career around operations, process improvement, and people development. Right now, I’m a process coordinator; I help create SOPs for our partners.
Before that, I was with a hotel reservations company for almost six years, growing from a frontline reservations specialist into a team manager, then transitioned to leadership development, where I helped design onboarding programs and partnered with leaders to close process gaps.
I’m highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented and keep teams aligned with deadlines and goals.
