I am a quantity surveyor for five years of experience in cost estimation and quantity takeoffs across various construction elements, including concrete works, formworks, RFT, and fit-outs. Throughout my career, I have work on range of projects, such as commercial buildings, residential condominiums, and hospitals with the majority of my experience focus on Hong Kong residential and mixed-use development.
I am currently expanding my experience into the Australian construction industry. A tactical expertise include Manuel measurement and estimation using PDF drawings through PDF-Xchange and Microsoft Excel as well as book preparation and measurement using CostX. In addition, I have experience in 3D quantification using Cubicost TAS.
