Proven sales experience for 8 years with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in dialing and receiving dozens of calls per day (cold and warm calls). Establish trust and build rapport relationship to clients. Ability to manage complaints with minimal disruption from higher management. Experience in using CRM, ERP and Dynamics system.
