In depth of knowledge of Civil Engineering , construction specifications, standards and codes;
Quantity take-offs;
Basic knowledge in plumbing works;
Knowledge in Autocad, Etabs, Stand & Planswift;
Knowledge in estimating (Structural/Civil works); and
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
