I am a tenured Human Resource Practitioner for over a decade. I have handled various roles in HR including but not limited to: Recruitment, Training & Development, Labor Relations, and Employee Engagement. Currently, I am working as an HR Supervisor in Yamaha Motor Philippines.
I am proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). My experience from Human Resource has been with different industries such as Executive Search, Retail and Engineering. I can consider myself a goal-oriented and a quick thinker who can easily adapt to the environment and role. My role in the corporate field does not limit me on what I can do and how I can help you. I previously worked as a Talent Associate handling screening candidates for various clients globally, and also a Personal Assistant/Virtual Assistant for a US Client handling data entry and analysis, as well as lead generation and recruitment.
