Construction Estimator | Quantity Surveyor | Planswift | Excel | Project Coordination | Remote

I help contractors keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget through accurate estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.

I am a Construction Project Manager and Registered Civil Engineer with over 5 years of experience in project scheduling, cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and construction documentation. I prepare schedules using MS Project, perform material takeoffs using Planswift, and track progress, billing, and project documentation using Microsoft Excel. I regularly prepare S-curves, progress reports, and variation orders to support project monitoring and decision-making.

I am comfortable coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Available for remote roles including:
• Project Coordinator
• Construction Estimator
• Project Scheduler
• Assistant Project Manager

Comfortable working US or Australian hours. I am disciplined with follow-ups and ensure every task has a clear owner, deadline, and status update.
